Our Purpose:
#1) To provide full-service package deals of quality housing, meals, snacks, cooking services, weekly cleaning and vacuuming service for housemates, with services provided by me and others in the future I hire to help.
#2) To offer a place to live that will be Torah-based, warm-hearted, progressive, open-minded, nice, kind, responsible, while putting SAFETY FIRST.
#3) To provide a gorgeous home with gorgeous furniture and decor for us to live active quality lives in peace and quiet.

1) Worldwide Fellowship for Intentional Community
(at www.IC.org).
2) National CoHousing Group.
3) Food Co-Ops and Bulk Discount Stores, Locally, including some of them that sell local items.
We are ready to accept people to apply for our first home, as well as for other homes, and future waiting lists for all homes related to us.
Members will be invited to provide your ideas, wants, and needs for us, however, remaining drug-free, smoke-free, well-located. Other ones may or may not be full-service, depending on the wants and needs of housemates there. Others might offer different pricing.
